BECAUSE OF YOU I know myself much better now Because of you. I can look towards the future now Because of you. My life has turned the corner and the new street is much more inviting. The footpaths are cleaner. The gardens bright with flowers. There are trees and birds and sunshine And I feel more like singing than I ever felt before Because of you. Because you came into my life I can smile. Because you entered my being I laugh out loud. I’m so different I can hardly believe myself. Give me your hand and walk with me. Throw me your smile. It’s my life-line.
